I began this post on New Year's night. I kept thinking that it was Sunday--the day had such a Sunday feel to it. Of course, that feeling had me all turned around. Then the fireworks on TV (halftime, maybe?) had me thinking of sparkles and glitter...so here we are....glittered!
One of the Betas at school called glitter the vomit of crafting. I laughed at that because I know only too well how long glitter hangs around a classroom after a afternoon of painting glitter onto props.
Honestly though, nothing adds a sparkle quite like glitter.
I'll admit, however, that I'd have not thought of glittering some of the things on this post!
A little glitter sure does go a long way. I try to include it, specially when I am feeling a bit down.
ReplyDeleteOur weather has been holding up till today. Extremely icy this morning when we were driving our Christmas guests to the airport. Now it's set to get cold. Great time to stay in an quilt, or at least, that's my plan.
You have had a lot of fun with this post. A little sparkle can give a lot of fun!
ReplyDeleteI love a bit of glitter! Wish I had occasions that would let me wear something like that dress.
