I recently found two of these washed ashore walking with my pug on Del Mar Dog Beach. It's unusual to find big pretty shells like this!

Add more sky and pelican silhouettes for next to t.v. use new blues for early water then batiks then other blues. Use Edisto shells at bottom either hot glue or stitch in nets.

The color was applied after all quilting was complete using colored pencils. The color was fixed
