Kim Diehl’s Christmas Baubles can be fashioned from scraps of fabric and wool gathered straight from your stash - hang one on the tree, tie one to a gift, or nestle one in your garlands. Get the pattern for all three baubles in Kim’s book, Simple Christmas Tidings, available now.

"Flower Pots" pieced by Gwen. Quilted by Judi Madsen, Green Firy Quilts The pattern was designed by Kim McLean, link to order pattern here. I primarily utilized the freezer paper template technique that incorporates turning the fabric edge with starch applied to the seam allowances, then I machine-sewed the appliqué pieces down to the background. Nearly all of the fabrics used for the appliqué were designed by Kaffe Fassett and Amy Butler.
