Rather than give them the quilts now, I've decided to wait and give them once the move happens. Hopefully the quilts will help them to feel comfortable in the new house as well as in their new beds.
Here the two quilts are together. They don't quite fit on the rod that I have set up in the studio. The weather was cold but bright, still taking pictures was not in the cards for me today thanks to the mud.
It's so deep that even the puppies, who love to roll in stinky soft stuff, refuse to get off the porch. The pictures of the most recent finish begin here.
Taking pics in the studio wasn't a total disaster, but it wasn't great either. Still, I manage to get lots of photos. Because of that, I took close-ups and whole quilt pics.
To get the entire quilt in the pic, though I had to hang each one separately and sideways. Most of these pics are sideways or upside down. Hey, they're quilts and can be put on the bed in any almost direction, right? That's my thinking anyway.

These are wonderful quilts Mary! So bright and fun! I really love them. They will be a huge help to your grandchildren in making the adjustment to the new house. My kids have moved a few times as my husband is in the military and comfy quilts make a big difference.
