25 Pin It Wednesdays!But there's a bigger celebration happening in our lives: Richard and I have been married for 35 years. We didn't get to have a "real" celebration--no dinner and dancing, no movie or date night, not even a quiet supper together. We raced home from St. Louis straight to a conference in Baton Rouge on Sunday.
Then on Monday we ran home so that I could attend a wake for a former student who was killed in a car crash last weekend. While I was there, Rich was busy washing clothes and tending to the many things that needed doing since we'd been gone a week, so we celebrated by simply helping each other. I suppose that since there's so much to celebrate, it's good that we've already started with these whole-cloth quilts!
